Ron Peresich, Jr. is a member of the firm. He has been practicing law since 2000. Ron represents large and small companies, as well as individuals, in a variety of areas including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, 18 wheeler, and automobile injury litigation. He also handles products liability, contract, tort claim act and professional liability cases.

As an Assistant District Attorney, Ron tried criminal cases involving armed robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, sexual battery and murder.
