Les Smith is a member of Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, PLLC. He has experience in widely diverse areas of litigation practice ranging from complex actions against the federal government, local government defense, and commercial banking litigation, to probate matters, title disputes, bankruptcy, collections and landlord - tenant disputes. Les takes a pragmatic and common sense approach to litigation and provides personable counsel to clients. Les strives to provide clients with a practical, real world understanding of the consequences flowing from the various courses of action available to them so as to secure the best outcome.
Les was born in Stuttgart, Germany and grew up in central Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Mississippi School of Law before being admitted to practice in 1993. He is married to Elise Ann Smith (nee Walden) of Natchez, Mississippi. They live in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
