Jennifer Moran Young

Jennifer Moran Young is an associate with the firm. She defends clients throughout the southeast in products liability litigation, complex commercial litigation and mass tort litigation.  She also defends and advises clients in litigation involving False Claims Act violations, professional malpractice, construction defects and consumer protection violations. Jennifer obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and attended law school at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana before being admitted to practice law in 2010. Jennifer is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Jennifer is licensed to practice in Mississippi and Louisiana and admitted in all state and federal courts in both states as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Before joining the firm in 2013, Jennifer practiced law in New Orleans, Louisiana, defending clients in a variety of matters, primarily in the areas of products liability, premises liability, insurance defense, professional malpractice and maritime law.
