Gina Bardwell Tompkins

Gina Tompkins is a member of Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, PLLC. Her practice primarily consists of municipal law, state and federal workers' compensation, insurance defense, personal injury, employment law, and appellate practice.
Gina was born in Greenville, Mississippi in 1964. She attended the University of Mississippi, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1986 and a Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. She was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1989 and is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. While in law school, she served as a staff member and Research Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Real Property and Federal Jurisdiction.
Gina is an approved Mississippi Workers' Compensation Mediator and has mediated a number of cases successfully for different local attorneys.
Gina lives in Biloxi, Mississippi with her husband Michael and their two children.
